Biscuit is amazing and has settled into his foster home perfectly! He is great with kids as he loves his foster brother who is 9, and he’s the perfect lap dog and great with Rio our foster’s dachshund.

He’s very energetic and loves the garden and running around but when he’s tired at night he will crawl under the covers and sleep into 7:30am.

He will need more training as he is not good on the lead which makes him not an easy dog to walk, other than that he is perfect so some attention will be required to train him properly.

He is great with other dogs and is great with kids and people (may jump a little at first to kiss them), but settles quickly.

He is not anxious, doesn’t get car sick and not aggressive with food or toys.

Biscuit is house trained but also happy to spend time in the yard. Storms scare him so he needs to be inside.

He would do well with another Dachshund as a companion. And hopefully an owner that is around most or some of the time.

He CANNOT be with anyone with birds or chooks as he has killed 2 chooks and most probably will not be suitable to cats.

Microchipped, De sexed, vaccinated inc of heart-worm annual vaccination, bravecto and worming and fully vet checked as per our Policy.
