Guinness World Records Attempt – 18th June 2023

Attention all Dachshund owners in and around Melbourne! Come and join us as we attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the Largest Dog Walk by a single breed. The current record stands at 1029, and we need one person per dog to participate, so bring along your family and friends for a fun-filled morning with your dachshunds.
The event will take place at Point Ormond Reserve, Marine Parade, Elwood VIC 3184.
Registration will open at 10:00am, and the 1km walk will begin promptly at 11:00am, so don’t be late! There will be plenty of exciting activities to keep you and your dachshunds entertained, including merchandise tables, information stalls, and much more.
On the day, we kindly request a gold coin donation to support Devoted 2 Dachshunds Rescue.
Please head over to our facebook event to RSVP and to stay up-to-date with the event information. This is an incredible opportunity to be part of a world record-breaking event, so don’t miss out!
