Louie has been in foster for a few weeks, he was surrendered as his owners realised he needed more care than they were able to give, Louie had only been with them a very short while when it was decidedly noticeable that Louie had had no training, he also suffered extreme separation anxiety when his owners had to go to work. Rather than see him suffer, they did a wonderful thing and surrendered him to D2DR rather than randomly choosing someone that may put him in jeopardy of not finding the best suitable home, he also was not de sexed so this also concerned them that he may fall into the wrong hands.
D2DR had him de sexed, a rather more complicated surgery as one of his testicles had not dropped.
De Sexed, Micro chipped and vaccinated, Louie has gone to a loving home Melbourne, (on our waiting list) his new owners having lost their beloved Dachshund a few months ago to illness aged 13.
