Pickles is a sweet 6 month old long haired boy.
He loves cuddles and attention and loves to be by your side most of the day. His foster home has 2 children (7 and 13) who he adores and has no issues with. However as he is a puppy and does love to chew.
He is not fully toilet trained however if taken out often he will go on demand but there is some work to be done still. However he’s made amazing progress in his foster home with this and is 95% there.
He loves zoomies and playing with his foster dachshund brother. I would highly recommend a home where there is another dachshund.
He will need someone who works from home, retired or is home often as he can get very anxious when left alone, he does however sleep through the night with no accidents. He does like to sleep close to you.
Pickles is working on his barking as he likes to bark at everything so some training would be highly recommended.
He is such a special little boy and bond quickly to you and shower you with lots of affection.
Microchipped, vaccinated, full vet check as per our Policy, PLEASE NOTE: THERE WILL BE A REFUNDABLE $500 DESEX BOND ADDED TO HIS ADOPTION FEE.
