Meet Hugo the handsome house dog

Hugo is a loyal and loving long haired dachshsund with his flowing, silky coat. Hugo is a compacyt companion with a heart full of affection. He loves to snuggle up under your neck and gives you kisses galore. 

Hugo enjoys lounging about and basking in the warmth of his families presence. He has such a gentlt demeanor and is an ideal companion for someone home most of the time as does not like lbeing left alone. He has a very calm and friendly temperament to all small kids and small dogs alike, He has lived with 3 other dachshunds and has got along immensely makinh him a beloved member of any household, Hugo does not like big gogs, they make him very anxious. 

In his downtime Hugo enjoys a good nap, curling up in a cozy spot to rest his paws  while also loves being independent in exploring around the yard or running zoomies with his fellow doggy friends. His grooming needs are moderate, requiring regular brushing to maintain his luxurious coat. 

Hugo will bark at any first encounter but will snuggle up to share a cuddle or wag his tail for you.

Hugo is well trained following basic commands. He is fully toilet trained and will hold all night. Hugo does come with a crate but has enjoyed snuggling in bed on these cold nights. Hugo will need someone that is home more than not and small canine companionship. A secure backyard for exercise and regular toilet breaks. Understand that he will need time to warm up to new people.

Thrives on dog kibble and for dinner chicken breast, brown rice and vegies
