Juniper is the sweetest most loving little girl with her heart melting big yes, who like many dashes has no idea about personal space.
Whether you are traveling in the car or watching TV, or sleeping in bed, this little lady will literally be on top of you.
As raised on a property and therefore not well socialised, Juni can be stand offish when she first meets you, but if you come in and sit down, she'll soon be on your lap wanting to give you kisses.
In foster care she has been taught to sit as well as walk on a lead. Socialisation training has commenced and with lots of time and patience she will come around as she is still young and quick to learn.
Juniper is fantastic with children loving the attention and extra snuggles they provide, great with little ones just obviously watch they don't pull her about too much.
Also in foster she has been taught to get along with cat siblings, and they choose to snuggle with her rather than her dachshund foster brother.
If introducing to a new cat/kitten make sure it is done slowly and under proper supervision, (Foster mum can give tips).
This little lady would suit either a family where someone must be home all day or a retired couple, that can invest time in her socialisation so she can be the happy loving little girl she is inside the home.
House trained, crate trained she would prefer to be with another dachshund, however if always had human company would be ok on her own.
