Potato (Tati) is a charming, boisterous ball of energy with deep, soulful, brown eyes and a big heart.

She has a young personality which can at times bubble over, requiring a gentle but firm reminder of boundaries. She is however eager to please and would smother anyone in cuddles given the opportunity. Potato is highly intelligent but has not had the opportunity to learn new tricks. She would benefit from some basic obedience training, as well as regular exercise and brain challenging activities.

She answers mostly to her name, unless her nose has gotten the better of her. She will come when called and she has also learned "sit" and "outside".Potato is fond of food, with some mild food aggression.
Her eagerness for her breakfast and dinner shows in jumping and whining but she is learning to behave. She is also capable of sitting, waiting for her bowl to be placed in front of her, as long as it doesn't take too long.

We are currently utilising a "slow feeder" bowl which has been very effective at commanding her focus and giving her companions plenty of time to finish their meals. She must be supervised at meals to ensure she doesn't help herself to someone else's dinner. 

As she was rescued from an unethical breeder, she is timid when meeting new friends, both canine and human, and in unfamiliar environments. She likes children, games and adventure but is still getting used to the noise of the Brisbane suburbs.
She will bark and we are working together to learn when to bark and when to stop. Potato would benefit from being part of an active family with kids to play with and regular exercise, and a canine companion to keep her company while the family are out.
She would also benefit from some reaffirming basic obedience training. She loves burrowing under blankets and sleeps within touching distance of her humans. Daily care: 
Fed twice a day: currently on Optimum small dog breed dry food and prime100 loaf. She is not fussy when it comes to food. 
Exercise: Periods high energy games alternated with lazy loafing on the couch. Sleep: with her humans and canine friends for preference 
Behaviour: Mild to moderate food aggression; jealous - tends to initiate wrestling with a dog who she perceives is getting more attention than she is; active; loving. 

Microchipped, desexed, fully vaccinated inc C5 and SR12 (annual Heart worm injection, Dental, Bravecto and Worming (3 Monthly) and fully vet checked.
