Scout DOB 2/2/23 (1yr 9month) miniature dachshund dapple Scout is a shy guy when you first get to meet him but once he settles he is your best friend.

His favourite place to sit is perched ontop of the couch looking out the windows. He loves to play fetch with his ball and going on an afternoon walk. He will  bark to alert you of someone at the front door. 

At night, he sleeps in his fosters room in his crate and doesn't wake up during the night. He is toilet trrained and can use a doggy door to take himself out when needed.
He is learning to sit and is very motivated by treats.  He is gentle with kids and is dog friendly. He prefers female over male dogs. 

Overall, Scout is an amazing dog who has so much love to give you just have to earn his trust and he will love you forever.
